There is a story of hope in the Bible for every person whose struggles are rooted in their family of origin. If you were to try and write a book called, “Model Families of the Bible,” it would be a very short book. There are no picture-perfect families. But the Bible is filled with stories of sinners who find hope in the amazing grace and kindness of God. Even if others consider you deeply troubled, or you sometimes wonder if you were a mistake, or you feel strongly that it would have been better if you were never born, there is hope for you today in Jesus Christ.
